NPC EVENT 2026 WEEKEND’HER

St. George’s Park provided the ultimate backdrop for this year’s Nike Partner Club (NPC) event. We brought together over 350 grassroots players (U14s & U16s) and 70 coaches from 30 clubs across the nation for an unforgettable two-day experience. It was a unique opportunity to inspire, educate, and elevate the next generation of female footballers at a crucial milestone in their sporting journey.

Drills, Thrills & Skills

The itinerary was packed from start to finish. Clubs started the day with a warm-up session led by Nike trainer Naomi Heffernan, before going head-to-head in a high-energy 7-a-side tournament. They then stepped in front of the lens with renowned sports photographer Madeleine Penfold. This was followed by a unique customisation station, exclusive access to unreleased boots, a skills masterclass led by the powerhouse coaching team and rounded off with an EA gaming lab experience. Coaches also took part in coach-to-coach sessions off the pitch to improve their teams game!

ACCESS
ALL AREAS

The weekend offered an exclusive look behind the curtain, giving teams access to the elite facilities at St. George’s Park where the Lionesses plan, train, and play. The inspiration continued off the pitch with live Q&A sessions. England legend Fara Williams MBE, Aston Villa and England U-23 striker Georgia Mullett and PL referee Sian Massey-Ellis MBE took centre stage, opening the floor for the players to ask invaluable, career-shaping questions.

And, in true Nike fashion, we doubled down on the energy. The entire event was fuelled and run by the unstoppable Mollie and Rosie Kmita alongside the Powerhouse coaching team. Built by her, for her - this was a weekend’her the next generation will never forget.
